We can make new moon wishes and set intentions and sow these seeds to grow with the waxing moon. \nThe full moon is the culmination of the lunar cycle and emotions may be high at this time. When the moon is at its brightest it can shed light on our shadow aspect and help us to see what is out of balance. SUMMARY:Story Medicine: The Wizard of Oz
DESCRIPTION:We will venture into the modern fairy story «The Wizard of Oz»\, a classic for many as we approach Yule. \nWe will explore parts of the story through Psychodrama and some simple tools from art therapy. As we accompany Dorothy on her magical journey between two worlds\, we observe how she resolves conflicts and overcomes obstacles on her path\, and see how this resonates with us at a deeper level. \nThis workshop is experiential\, and participants will be invited to explore the story in depth and engage actively in the activities. The story and accompanying exercises could then be used safely with clients of different ages\, face to face or online. \nStories have been with us since the very beginning of humanity when we gathered around the fire to listen to myths of creation to connect us with our inner selves\, our clan and the universe. Stories have accompanied us through dark times\, of war and plague and they are here to accompany us now\, with their medicine\, in this time of uncertainty. \nThis 2-hour workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.
