Online Workshop in English: Dancing With Death, Dancing With Life

Dancing with Death, Dancing with Life: Storytelling, Creativity and Rituals to talk about Death and connect with Life In this course we are going to explore the theme of death through stories, art therapy and rituals. It is for anyone who feels the call to be able to talk about death in a natural way. It would be of special interest to storytellers, counsellors, therapists and other people in the caring profession, in education or in any other related walk of life. Throughout the course I will be sharing pearls of wisdom from my 18 years of telling stories professionally and working with art therapy and psychodrama in a variety of situations. The course is planned to take place over a 7-week period. Once a week there will be a virtual 'live' session via Zoom which will be recorded and uploaded onto the platform and it will be available for viewing for one month. Working Creatively with Fairy Tales: Cinderella

Fairy tales have been transmitted orally through many generations and have survived the test of time because they speak of essential human experience which touches us on a subconscious level. The fairy-tale journey into unexplored worlds is paralleled by an inner journey into unexplored regions of the self. As we travel in the shoes of the characters, we observe how they resolve conflicts and overcome obstacles in their paths, and this can help us do the same in our everyday lives. In this workshop, we explore the classic fairy tale of Cinderella on a personal and professional level. We will look at the background to the story We step into the story through role play or visualization. We see how the story resonates with the group. We explore the characters and the symbolic language to see what they may reveal. We look at creative ways of working with the story with our clients
